All Maison GK products are physical printed sewing patterns and are shipped directly from our studio.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is received. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

SHIPPING METHODS
We ship using standard postal or courier services. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• United States: 7–14 business days
• International: 10–21 business days

SHIPPING COSTS

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

When available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Maison GK is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
