Refund policy

All Maison GK products are physical printed sewing patterns.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of printed sewing patterns, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

Printed patterns cannot be resold once handled, and therefore refunds or exchanges are not permitted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@maisongk.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if approved, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
• Printed sewing patterns
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards

EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. If an error occurs on our part (such as receiving the wrong pattern), we will replace the item rather than issue a refund.

EU CUSTOMERS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with EU consumer regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to printed products once they have been shipped, as these items are not suitable for return due to their nature.
